Clear terms for your study workspace.

Version 2026-09-13-v5

1. Who provides the service

Silacademic · silacademic.win
Operator
Sıla Yılmaz
Location
Küçükçekmece, Türkiye
Contact
silaforeducation@gmail.com

These terms cover your use of Silacademic, an online study workspace with weekly notes, practice materials, study tools and available lesson videos. Silacademic is an independent resource; it does not award academic credit or guarantee a grade, qualification or examination result.

2. Your account and free lessons

Sign in with Google and select your year and semester. Your account receives two individually assigned weekly lessons from that semester. These are two lessons across the semester, not two full courses or two lessons per course. The assignments remain fixed when you return to that semester; changing an editable profile field does not grant paid access.

Keep your account secure. A maximum of two registered browsers may use one account. A different browser or cleared browser cookies may count as a new device. Use My devices to remove a registered browser. Do not share, sell or transfer account access.

3. Paid access and delivery

Access beyond the free lessons requires a paid plan when checkout is available. The amount, currency, taxes, access duration and any renewal schedule are presented before you pay. An unavailable checkout does not create a paid subscription. Access is delivered online after payment has been confirmed; there is no physical shipment. Contact us if a confirmed payment has not unlocked your materials.

Recurring plans renew on the schedule agreed at checkout unless canceled. One-time plans last for the access period stated in the offer and do not renew automatically. A declined renewal, expired access period, effective cancellation or approved full refund can end paid access. Your two assigned free lessons remain subject to the account rules above.

4. Paddle purchases

When you buy through Paddle, Paddle is the authorised reseller and merchant of record for that transaction. Its Buyer Terms govern your purchase from Paddle, and its Privacy Notice explains its handling of transaction information. These service terms describe the Silacademic product and your use of it.

5. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

See our Refunds & cancellation policy for the available routes. Canceling future renewal and requesting a refund are different actions. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, remedies for defective services, or an applicable statutory right to withdraw. Simply opening a lesson does not constitute a separate express waiver of such rights on this site.

6. Permitted use

You may use the available materials for your own study. Unless a particular item permits otherwise, do not redistribute, resell, publicly upload or share access to materials, bypass access controls, scrape protected content or interfere with the service. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners. Report a rights or content concern through Contact, including the relevant page and a description.

7. Availability and your work

Materials can contain errors and may be corrected or updated. Check important academic information against your institution's official sources. Features may depend on your browser, internet connection and third-party services. Personal notes and progress are generally stored in your browser; clearing site data or changing devices can remove them. Keep your own copy of important work.

8. Problems, suspension and changes

Contact us about access issues or inaccurate materials so that we can investigate. We may restrict access where needed to address account abuse, security threats or unlawful use. This does not remove rights relating to a paid service that is not delivered as described. Changes to these terms will be identified by an updated version date; they do not retroactively replace the transaction terms recorded at checkout. Mandatory protections and any non-excludable liability under applicable law continue to apply.
